Hello! I'm Louise! I am a 2D Generalist and Illustrator based in London

 

I cover and illustrate books and promotional material, create storyboards and designs for companies and production, create small loop animations and so much more. I have worked for Aardman animations, Nickelodeon, Universal Kids and Cloudcastle, as well as creating my own short film!

I love to work both traditionally and digitally and my style of working is very hands on, I ask a lot of questions and send a lot of sketches! I can work in a variety of art styles.

I have also done some work on TV and film as an extra or background artist on a few projects. I am really interested in learning all I can about film but my heart lies in traditional animation, especially the 1960's era of Disney, such as 101 Dalmatians and the Jungle Book. 

 

Drawing from life and nature is a must for me. I am part of a local gardening community to help grow food in other peoples gardens and teach others about the importance of connecting with nature.
